Changes and objections
Teleon gives account administrators at least 30 days’ notice before a new sub-processor begins processing Customer Personal Data, and updates this page at the same time.
A customer may object on reasonable data protection grounds within the notice period by writing to dpo@teleon.ai. If Teleon cannot offer a reasonable alternative, the customer may terminate the affected part of the subscription without penalty, as set out in section 11 of the Terms of Service.
To receive notices without an account, email compliance@teleon.ai with the subject “sub-processor notices”.
